About Us

TENT is run entirely by volunteers, led by our founder Victoria Markham. We have volunteers who work in the cafe, run groups and others who work behind the scenes to do admin and organise our social media. Our volunteers come from a wide age range, from 16-year-olds to people in their 70's. Everyone's contribution is valued equally, and all volunteers are trained in their role, from learning to be an outstanding barrista to making a fabulous omlette or writing funding applications and managing our social media.
